WirelessCar joins SOAFEE to advance cloud-based solutions for software-defined vehicles

WirelessCar, a global leader in connected vehicle services with over 25 years of industry experience, has joined the Scalable Open Architecture for Embedded Edge (SOAFEE) initiative. Through this membership, WirelessCar will leverage its expertise in developing backend solutions for connected vehicles to explore the best open-source opportunities for software-defined vehicles (SDVs).

SOAFEE is an industry-led collaboration created to address the increasing complexity of automotive software. It focuses on developing a unified and scalable framework for SDV software development using cloud-native technologies. By enabling cloud-based simulation, testing, and deployment of automotive software, SOAFEE aims to reduce development costs, improve efficiency, and support the transition to software-defined mobility.
